***While during construction and in our inaugural year we are offering a unique opportunity to be the first to experience this brand new venue tucked in the forest! If you are adventurous and can see our vision, we can’t wait to help you make your wedding dreams come true! Our grand opening will be in late March or early April of 2025, but as we know things can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and therefore are not hosting any events until May of 2025, though we are currently taking reservations.***

RENTAL TIMEFRAME

SUNDAY-THURSDAY: Standard rental time is 10am-10pm, with the option to extend your party until midnight ($500 add-on).
FRIDAY, SATURDAY and HOLIDAY SUNDAYS (Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend): 10am-midnight.
If you need extra time for hair and make-up in the morning, we can add on an early entrance as early as 8am for an additional $500.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: Our maximum capacity is 250.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE VENUE RENTAL
Beautiful wooden dinner tables (no linens required) and chairs for up to 250 guests.
Extra tables for your gifts and cards, dessert, guestbook, etc.
Outdoor modern fireplace.
Use of the venue including the Primrose Suite and Cedar Lounge to get ready, the outdoor cliff face ceremony area, and alternate indoor modern ceremony space, indoor and outdoor social areas, and our luxurious reception room with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful chandeliers.
Amazing lighting! Multiple crystal chandeliers in the reception room, bistro-style string lights over the social areas, and twinkle-light strung trees.
On-site venue manager. From the time you arrive, until the time you leave, there will be an on-site venue manager to help facilitate your day. Though they are not as involved as a day of coordinator (which is required), they do take care of the over-all operations of the venue, check-in with vendors, and make-sure the venue it self is running smoothly.
Bartending staff - No need to hire a separate bartending service. We have you covered.
Surrounded by the enchanting forest, there are multiple picture opportunities.
Only 5 minutes away from beautiful Lake Pepin! A great spot for first looks or a breath of fresh air with your honey before all the action starts!

Military discount. We love our service members. If you or your fiancé are a service person, receive a 3% discount.
CATERING + FOOD OPTIONS
We allow you to choose any caterer you like to provide a meal for your guests for dinner. We do require that the caterer is a full service caterer for the best experience all around.
BAR SErvice
Bartending staff is included in the rental of the venue. No need to hire a separate bartending service.
You set your own budget for hosting. Cash bar options for budget-minded couples.
All alcohol must be purchased through us and served by our bartending service.
Currently we can only serve beer, wine, and other malt beverages like seltzer, hard ciders, and champagne. No hard liquor can be brought into the venue, sold, or consumed on site. 2026 weddings and beyond, we will be able to serve hard liquor pending township approval.
Fun signature drinks available! Even though we can’t serve hard liquor, you can still offer your guests some really fun signature drink options. We’ve created some tasty recipes using wine, seltzers, beer and other malt beverages as the base. For a list of our delicious options, click here.
$3000 Beverage Minimum for Friday, Saturday, and Holiday Sunday events.
$1500 Beverage Minimum for Sunday-Thursday events.
Beverages do not need to be hosted by the couple exclusively. Couples can choose to have a “cash” bar where guests purchase their own drinks, a partially hosted bar, where the couple hosts for a short time and then a “cash” bar after that, or a fully hosted bar.
day of coordinator (DOC) required
You’ve been spending so much time planning already. When your wedding day gets here, we want you to be able to enjoy every second of it. Having a professional Day of Coordinator will ensure that you, your wedding party, family, and guests can be present for the day and not stressing about the behind the scenes details. Though we don’t require you to have someone involved in planning your wedding, we do require that you have a professional DOC to execute your day. This includes overseeing your timeline, corresponding with vendors throughout the day, gathering guests for pictures, facilitating your processional, and just managing the overall flow of the day. We do require that this person be someone who is not a guest at your wedding, but a professional that is experienced in wedding coordinating.
You may also choose to have them responsible for setting up and cleaning up decor, but this is not required by the venue. If you do not have your DOC contracted for this portion, your group would be responsible for it.
The DOC is not provided by the venue. You would need to contract them separately. We are happy to provide a list of great suggestions though!

Picture staying in a charming modern cabin tucked in the woods the night of your wedding. With options from our private Mirror Cabin, to our A-Frames, Modern 1 or 2-bedroom cabins, you and your guests are sure to have an unforgettable experience that lasts beyond just the night of the wedding.
