Here you’ll find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions regarding our on-site cabins.

Will the cabins be reserved for the night of our wedding for us and our guests?

We will keep the on-site cabins on hold for your guests to reserve for the night of the wedding, from the time you book your date at the venue until six months before your event. Your guests will need to get in contact with us to make individual cabin reservations.  At six months before your event, we will release the hold on the cabins. At that time, anyone will be able to reserve any cabins that have not been spoken for, whether they are part of your event or not.  The same policy applies for cabin rentals the night before.  At six months before that date, you or your guests will be allowed to rent any cabins that may still be available the night before your wedding.  We will send you an email notification of any availability.

What do your cabins look like and how many people can stay in them?

Great question! We have 4 types of cabins:

2- A-Frame Style Cabins…sleeps 4 people, king bed on the main level and queen bed in the loft, accessible by ladder

2- 1 Bedroom Cabin… sleeps 2-4 people- queen bed with a sofa sleeper

1-2 Bedroom Cabin… sleeps 4-6 people- 2 bedrooms, both bedrooms have a queen bed, living area has a sofa sleeper

1- Mirror Cabin… sleeps 2 people- king bed

A-frame cabin

Adjacent to the sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchenette awaits, complete with essential appliances and utensils for preparing light meals.

For intimate dining experiences, a cozy dinette provides the perfect setting to enjoy meals together. In the well-appointed bathroom, you'll find everything you need, from plush towels to complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, and lotion. We understand the importance of feeling at home even while away, which is why our cabins are fully furnished with modern amenities to ensure a seamless stay.

This cabin sleeps up to 4 people. king bed on the main level and a queen bed in the loft. We will have 2 of these cabins available for 2025.

1 bedroom cabin

Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom cabin retreat, where rustic charm meets modern comfort in a serene natural setting. Tucked away amidst picturesque scenery, our 1-bedroom cabin offers the perfect getaway for small families or couples seeking a cozy escape.

Step inside to discover an interior adorned with all the comforts of home. The highlight of the cabin is a plush queen-sized bed in the inviting bedroom, promising restful nights and rejuvenating mornings. Additional sleeping space is available with a convenient pull-out couch in the living room, accommodating up to four guests comfortably.

Prepare simple meals in the well-equipped kitchenette, complete with all the essentials needed to whip up small culinary delights. Gather at the dining bar for intimate meals, creating cherished memories with loved ones. After a day of celebration, retreat to the well-appointed bathroom, where you'll find luxurious amenities and complimentary toiletries to pamper yourself.

Sleeps 2-4 people. We will have 2 of these cabins for 2025.

2-Bedroom Cabin

Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom cabin, where luxury and comfort intertwine amidst the natural splendor of our surroundings. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming ambiance that invites you to unwind and relax. Both bedrooms offer a queen sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for every guest. With private bathrooms adjoining each bedroom, complete with luxurious amenities and complimentary toiletries, you'll enjoy the ultimate convenience and privacy during your stay.

For additional sleeping arrangements, a cozy pull-out couch in the living room provides extra space for guests, accommodating a total of six comfortably. Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchenette, featuring modern appliances and ample space for culinary creations. Share meals and laughter around the dining table, creating cherished memories that will last for years to come.

Sleeps 4-6 people. There will be 1- 2 bedroom cabin for 2025.

Mirror Cabin

Welcome to our enchanting Mirror Cabin, a one-of-a-kind retreat designed for unforgettable moments and romantic escapes. Nestled in a secluded corner of the Woods & Co property, this studio-style cabin offers an unparalleled setting for your special occasions, especially ideal for a magical wedding night.

Step inside and prepare to be captivated by the unique charm of this extraordinary space. The centerpiece of the cabin is a luxurious king-sized bed, adorned with soft linens and plush pillows, inviting you to sink into comfort and intimacy. Reflecting the beauty of your love, the mirrored walls add a touch of elegance and intrigue to the atmosphere.

Indulge in culinary delights with the well-appointed kitchenette, where you can whip up delicious meals or toast to your love with a glass of champagne. Share intimate moments over candlelit dinners at the bistro table, surrounded by the soft glow of fairy lights and the gentle rustle of leaves outside.

As you embark on this new journey together, every detail of our Mirror Cabin is crafted to elevate your experience. From the cozy comforts of the cabin to the serene surroundings of nature, every moment here is infused with romance and magic. Celebrate your love in style and create cherished memories that will last a lifetime in our enchanting Mirror Cabin.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time at each of the cabins is 3pm. Our cleaning staff will work as quickly as possible to get your room ready for you. If your room is prepared and ready to go prior to 3pm, you will receive a text to your phone (if you signed up for notifications) that your room is ready early.

Check-out time is at 10am.

What is the check-out procedure?

When it’s time to depart, we ask that you leave any beds that are slept in unmade. We ask that any garbage be placed in the receptacles provided in the cabin. Dirty/used towels and washcloths can be left in the hamper in the bathroom(s). Any dishes used, please wash and leave drying in the kitchen sink (drying rack is below the sink). Please turn off the lights and close the door tight behind you after leaving.

A copy of these check-out procedures will be in each cabin for convenient reference.

How do I check-in? Do I need to go to a desk?

Check-in information will be emailed directly to you the week of your scheduled arrival. Each of your guests will also get check-in information emailed to them individually for the cabin that they reserved. Key-codes will be emailed (or texted if you opt-in), for convenient self check-in. We ask that you do not try to access the cabin that you have reserved prior to your check-in time (unless you get notified of the ability to check-in early). Our cleaning staff will be working hard to get your cabin prepared for you by your scheduled time of arrival. Trying to access your unit early, just delays our staff in preparing your room. We will notify you immediately as soon as your room is ready (must opt-in to text notifications).

What is your pet policy?

One of our A-Frame cabins is pet friendly. We ask that pets are leashed at all times while they are not inside the cabin. If they are left unattended at the cabin, they must be kenneled. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100. When bringing you pet outside to go to the bathroom, please clean up after your pet, and dispose of their mess in the garbage receptacle outside of your cabin.

How do my guests reserve a cabin from our block?

Currently they can reach out via the website contact form to reserve a cabin. Once our cabin reservation software set-up is finalized, we will be sending out a link that you can forward to them to reserve an individual cabin. We will let you know as soon as the reservation platform is ready to go.

Do the cabins have A/C?

Yes, the cabins are completely temperature controlled for your comfort.

What sort of amenities do the cabins offer?

Each cabin is adorned with soft bedding, plush pillows and comfy towels. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker (complimentary coffee, creamers and sugars), and portable cook-top. The cabins also come with plates, utensils, and glasses. The bathrooms also have complementary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion).

Is smoking allowed at the cabins?

Smoking of any kind (tobacco, vaping, marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the cabins. There are smoking receptacles outside of the cabins. All butts are to be placed in the receptacles and not on the ground or in any other location.
